Preserved Foundation Text / v0.2This archived section describes an earlier release. Its historical statements about deployment and unbuilt tools refer to that edition.

R10 / Prefer Recoverable Commitments When Uncertainty Is High

Type: Design rule. When: When important information is missing or mistakes would be costly.

Action: Consider a smaller trial, staged purchase, reversible arrangement or waiting. Name the cost of delaying as well as the cost of acting.

Exception or boundary: Some essential or time-sensitive actions cannot be deferred. Reversibility may carry a real price.

Check: Exit cost, locked capital, cancellation terms and information obtained. Basis: Decision protocol; unvalidated design choice.

R11 / Create Value Through Useful Cooperation

Type: Value commitment. When: When building a career, product, service or partnership.

Action: Identify whose problem is solved, how they benefit and how exchange remains fair. Build trust through delivery and repair.

Exception or boundary: Competition and defensive boundaries can be necessary. Do not assume that every interaction has an enemy or that all gains require another person to lose.

Check: Delivery quality, customer or collaborator feedback, promises kept and disputes resolved. Basis: Charter; S00 revision.

R12 / Focus Attention; Assess Capital Concentration Separately

Type: Design rule. When: When choosing a learning project or investment.

Action: Use a manageable active project list. Evaluate financial exposure independently of how focused the work feels.

Exception or boundary: A single learning priority can coexist with diversified holdings. Special knowledge alone does not prove that a concentrated investment is favorable.

Check: Completed work and exposure by asset, employer, industry and liquidity. Basis: S03; decision protocol.
