Rule Register: Execution And Review
Why This MattersRead the earlier reference in its original context, with its historical statements and limits preserved.
Type: Conditional recommendation. When: When stress or distraction makes a task difficult.
R16 / Support Regulation Without Making Composure A Gate
Type: Conditional recommendation. When: When stress or distraction makes a task difficult.
Action: Offer a brief pause, simpler task, assistance or an optional comfortable regulation practice. Continue practical support while skills develop.
Exception or boundary: Financial participation must not depend on emotional perfection. Practices are optional, and this framework diagnoses or treats no condition.
Check: Task usability and participant-reported burden; do not infer earnings effects. Basis: S08, narrow evidence only.
R17 / Translate Selected Goals Into Feasible Cues
Type: Conditional recommendation. When: When a person chooses a repeatable action.
Action: Write a specific if-then plan: if a feasible cue occurs, perform a small observable action. Make resources and obstacles explicit.
Exception or boundary: A cue cannot create missing money, time, permission or physical capacity. Repeated failure should trigger redesign rather than punishment.
Check: Opportunities encountered, actions completed and reasons for noncompletion. Basis: S07; S06.
R18 / Review Systems And Recover From Error
Type: Design rule. When: At an interval suited to the decision and after a meaningful shock.
Action: Compare actual records with forecasts. Update assumptions and choose the next feasible action; retain prior forecasts for learning.
Exception or boundary: Review frequency should be reduced if monitoring itself becomes burdensome. A setback does not erase earlier progress.
Check: Forecast errors, time burden, corrected errors and completed revisions. Basis: Evaluation protocol; unvalidated package.
