Preserved Foundation Text / v0.2This archived section describes an earlier release. Its historical statements about deployment and unbuilt tools refer to that edition.

Evidence is attached to a claim at the level actually supported. The doctrine’s philosophical commitments can be defended with reasons, but are not relabeled as scientific findings. Accounting identities establish arithmetic relations under definitions; empirical evidence is required for behavioral and outcome claims.

Claim typeHow it is treated
Value commitmentState the value, its rationale and how conflicts are handled. No claim of scientific proof.
Definition / identityState conventions, units and boundaries; check consistency and arithmetic.
Research-supported componentIdentify design, population, measured outcome and limits on transfer.
Conditional design ruleState when it applies, alternatives, exceptions and observable checks.
Untested package claimMark open. Assess against a suitable comparator before claiming benefit.

Claims This Build Does Not Make

  • The entire synthesis has been validated or shown superior to ordinary financial education.
  • There is a necessary psychological-to-financial ladder or a required borrowing stage.
  • Regulation practices cause higher income or prevent financial failure.
  • A reserve floor, concentration value or model label certifies safety.
  • A single score can establish someone’s character, dignity or freedom.

The detailed evidence CSV preserves source access limits. For habit formation, this edition retains individual variation and avoids a universal completion deadline. For planning and regulation, the cited outcomes remain bounded to the reviewed evidence. [S06-S08]

Keep an evidence-gap log and a correction history. A missing source remains missing. When later evidence conflicts with a rule, narrow or revise the rule rather than protecting the public brand.
