Here's where things stand.
Amounts reflect only what you've entered and the dates you've chosen.
How cash could change
Estimated from your starting cash and scheduled entries—not a bank statement. Same-day order can change the lowest balance.
Paydays and bills
Useful things to check next
Suggested checks are not automated decisions. Choose only what fits.
My money
Add what you know. Leave out anything uncertain rather than guessing.
Set your starting point
Money coming in
Choose the next expected deposit. For twice-monthly pay, add two separate monthly entries.
Bills and planned spending
Add essentials and expected spending separately. Missing costs make the forecast look better than reality.
Pay & bill calendar
Watch the balance between paydays, not just at the end of the month.
| Date | Money in | Money out | Lowest that day | Cash after |
|---|
Income is assumed received and usable on its scheduled date. Bills are assumed paid as scheduled. No bank holds, late fees, weekend shifts, daily unlisted spending or automatic transactions are modeled.
My next steps
Keep a short list of things to verify, ask, or do. Completion records your choice—it does not verify the outcome.
Check in with your money.
Record an actual end-of-day cash amount, then compare it with the forecast you had when you checked in. You control when to update the forecast.
Add a cash check-in
Enter money you can confirm, not your estimated account balance. Comparisons are saved snapshots; changing your plan later will not rewrite the old comparison.
What you recorded
Debt roadmap
Estimate how long a debt might take to repay at an unchanged rate and payment amount. Update its reported balance when you receive a new statement.
Debts you are tracking
Record a payment you made
Payment logs are your notes, not bank verification. Adjust the current balance using Edit debt after confirming the statement.
Savings roadmaps
Track goals, record money set aside or used, and estimate how a consistent contribution schedule might change your timeline.
Goals you're working toward
Add savings activity
Financial Emergency Mode
Work out what's due, what money is truly available, and which people or organizations to contact. You decide what to do.
Help is available without entering numbers. The optional money snapshot uses separate entries from your calendar. Saving starts off.
What needs attention?
Choose the closest match. This is not a legal assessment.
What to verify and who to contact
Optional: check money by a deadline
What must be covered?
Keep a contact record
Keep a contact record
Record whom you contacted and any next step. Nothing is transmitted or verified. Avoid entering account numbers, medical information, or passwords.
Your SWD tools
These open the existing calculators and guided experiences. Entries here are not automatically sent to another tool.
Save, export & privacy
Your workspace stays in this page unless you explicitly choose to save it in your browser or export a file. Payment and savings logs are manual records, not verified banking activity.
Save on this device
Saving is off by default. Local browser storage is not encrypted by SWD. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access the saved copy. Clearing browser data can remove it.
Upgrading from v1.0 or v2.0? You can separately import an older browser-saved copy. It stays untouched unless you deliberately erase it.
Download or restore a file
A JSON export contains your financial entries, tasks, check-ins, debts, payment logs, savings goals, emergency plan, contact notes, and activity. Keep it somewhere private. Importing a file replaces this workspace's current entries after confirmation.
Clear your records
Erasing here does not erase files you downloaded or separate records held by other SWD tools.
