What These Index Numbers Describe.

Each index adds the squared shares of the income you entered. A higher number means more income is concentrated in fewer sources or groups. It is not the chance of losing income or a tested risk rating. With zero income, the index cannot be defined.

Check Whether Your Grouping Fits The Situation.

A shared employer is one possible link. An industry, customers, a location, or the same person’s available time can also connect sources. When relevant, try losing linked income together in the monthly cash tool. Counting sources alone does not show those connections.

How To Read The ResultThe index describes shares within your grouping. It does not give the probability of losing income.
